|Geoffrey Tan is a Managing Director at Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), and is OPIC’s Asia-Pacific regional representative based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Mr. Tan has worked in emerging markets infrastructure financing for over 19 years. Since joining OPIC in 2003, he has worked primarily on power, renewable energy, water, toll roads and port projects, but has also diversified into future flow and financial institutions transactions. These projects have been across Latin America, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia. He has been involved in innovative and groundbreaking deals requiring creative project and long term debt structuring solutions in unique and challenging environments.
Prior to OPIC Mr. Tan worked for the Chase Manhattan Bank (now JPMorgan Chase) in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong focusing on project and structured finance, and for Emerging Markets Partnership in Singapore focusing on private equity infrastructure investments. His work with them in the Americas and Asia included experience in the power, oil & gas, mining, telecommunications, transportation, pulp & paper, and petrochemical sectors.
Mr. Tan is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Virginia, and also attended the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.

|Ragnar Gerig is heading DEG's energy operations for Africa and Asia with a loan book of more than US$ 500 million. In his last position as Director Manufacturing Industry and Services he was responsible for structuring and contracting DEG's business in various industry sectors globally. From 2009 to 2013 he was leading DEG's Business Origination and Portfolio Management in Africa with investments of some US$ 1,5 billion. Before 2009 he set up DEG's syndication unit. Prior to 2006 he worked as Senior Manager on a professional exchange program with SIEMENS Financial Services in Munich being responsible for project and export finance in the telecommunication sector. Ragnar graduated from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, in 1996 with a diploma degree in economics.|

|Kirana Sastrawijaya is a partner in the Finance & Projects Practice Group of Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners. She has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure development, particularly in renewable energy, power and transportation. Ms. Sastrawijaya focuses on power development, power M&A, infrastructure construction and project financing. She also has significant experience advising and representing developers, governments, state-owned enterprises, and lenders. |Horst Kruse brings in an extensive practical knowledge for almost 30 years about PV Solar together with a deep cross-cultural Asian experience. He gained during this period a broad experience about project development, design, engineering and implementation of on/off grid PV solar power systems in Asian countries. After living 5 years in Shanghai/China, he moved end of 2010 to Indonesia where he is now resident.
He worked as Director Sales for German companies such as Schott Solar (2002-2012), Angewandte Solarenergie (1993-2002) and Deutsche Aerospace - DASA (1987-1993). By beginning of 2016, he established his own business as Senior Consultant for Renewable Energies and offers a wide range of services for local and international clients with main focus to PV Solar, but also for Waste to Energy (WTE) and Bio-energy. Apart from his own activities, he works for Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory in Berlin as Senior Advisor SEA. Horst Kruse holds a Master’s Degree in “High Voltage Technology and Energy Transmission” of the “Technical University” of Braunschweig/Germany.

|Peter Cockcroft is a renowned energy industry professional, with 40 years of developing successful international energy projects including in Indonesia, Thailand, Pakistan, Australia and France. He was President-Director for one of the first IPP projects in Indonesia and has taught on the subject of energy risk in over 20 countries. He has been a board member of energy companies in Australia, Indonesia, India, UAE, Kuwait, France and USA.
Recently he has been advising on risk-based evaluations of solar projects in India, Thailand, Australia and Pakistan.

|Volker Bromund was working 18 years in various positions as Corporate Banker for Deutsche Bank AG. He has vast experience in credit, corporate banking/finance and was working for Deutsche Bank in Germany, Malaysia, Hong Kong and for more than 10 years in Indonesia. After leaving Deutsche Bank Jakarta in 2010 he started his own consultancy company advising clients in all areas of financing and market entry strategies into Indonesia. Since 2012 he is also Consultant for LBBW (Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg).
In the area of Sustainable Finance he has supported amongst others OJK on the definition of Sustainable Finance in the Indonesian context and has done various projects with MoF on topics related to financing of RE projects and Energy Efficiency financing schemes.

|Phil Napier-Moore leads Mott MacDonald’s technical advisory work for solar power in the Asia Pacific region, including current developments in Indonesia. Supporting PV plant investors and lenders from the sector’s infancy in 2008, he has overseen the regional solar team’s technical inputs to more than 5000 MW of PV projects in Asia, including more than 200 plants now in operation.
He has directed and managed projects for a range of multilateral agencies, national governments and a large number of private companies, working internationally on low-carbon power projects in 30 countries around the world, in particular within Asia and Europe.
A Chartered Energy Engineer, he obtained his Masters of Engineering from Oxford University.
